Salute the sun as it shines over the forest and experience an unforgettable Yoga class in a beautiful park on a florest. We will take advantage of the trees’ magnificent energy and start with Pranayama (a breathing exercise) to ground, cleanse, and prepare our practice.
We will then wake up and energize our body with the Asanas (postures) before finishing with a relaxation exercise with the sound of the birds and the wind. This will be followed by a sound bath with intuitive musical instruments and voice.
The sound of the instruments will bring you to a higher conscious state of mind, allowing for better relaxation, and it will vibrate the water and cells within our body. All this sets the scene for a wonderful musical journey.
