Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m so happy to share with you my passion for yoga and my love for Madeira, the beautiful island where I live and teach. In this first post, I want to tell you why yoga and Madeira are a perfect match for anyone who wants to relax, recharge and reconnect with nature.

Madeira is a paradise for yoga lovers. It’s a small island in the Atlantic Ocean, close to all the main capitals in Europe, but still considered as a tropical destination. Madeira has a mild climate all year round, with sunny days and pleasant temperatures. It’s also known as the island of flowers, because of its lush vegetation and stunning landscapes.
Madeira offers many opportunities to practice yoga in nature. You can choose from different settings, such as the beach, the mountains, the forest or the gardens. You can also enjoy the sound of the waves, the birds or the wind as you meditate or do your poses. You can feel the energy of the earth, the water and the air as you breathe and move.
